Enrolment & payments

• Course fees, schedules, and availability are shown at the time of enrolment.
• Enrolment is confirmed once payment (where applicable) is received.
• Refund and cancellation terms are communicated during enrolment.

Training & certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the relevant course and assessment requirements. Certificates remain the property of GESTA and may be suspended or revoked in cases of fraud or misrepresentation. Validity periods, where applicable, are stated on the certificate.

Intellectual property

All training materials, course content, and branding are the property of GESTA and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, GESTA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.
